Membership Agreement

1. Registration Notice

By registering as a member, you are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by the PointCool Service Agreement, these Membership Terms, and the Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the services.

2. Provision of Personal Identity Information

To provide services related to PointCool, 益萊科技有限公司 may, when necessary, require you to provide the following information for identity verification:

  • Legal name

  • Email verification

  • Mobile number SMS verification

  • Date of birth

※ When funds are involved, identity is disputed, or compliance with laws and regulations is required, the Platform may ask you to provide the following supplementary information (with an explanation of its purpose):

  • Photo of a national ID, driver’s license, passport, or ARC

  • Copy of a bank passbook (for withdrawal/payout purposes only)

  • Other necessary documents

If your member information is inaccurate or changes, please proactively contact customer support to update it. If false information is provided, the Platform may suspend your account and will notify you to provide an explanation and supplementary documents. If, after review, there are material irregularities or suspected improper transactions, the Platform may handle funds on a prudential basis; the review will be completed and a response provided within 30 days. If identity cannot be confirmed or there is an abnormal funds report, the Platform will defer any refund until the facts are clarified.

3. Privacy Policy

Personal data you provide on this Platform will be managed and used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Company’s Privacy Policy. Please refer to the full policy for details.

4. Transaction Process and Restrictions

To prevent fraud and reduce risk, the Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification for certain orders, including but not limited to:

  • Real-name identity verification

  • Supporting documentation for payments

  • Re-verification of mobile number or email

  • Remote video call confirmation

If a member refuses to cooperate with verification, or if the Platform discovers data anomalies or suspicious transactions, the Platform may postpone shipment and initiate a refund process. In the event of a dispute, matters will be handled in accordance with the Refund & Exchange Policy, and an appeal mechanism will be provided to safeguard members’ rights.

5. Personal Data Protection Principles

Except where cooperation with judicial or administrative authorities is required by law, the Company will not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent and will safeguard it in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Statement

All content on websites operated by the Company (including yuyibuy.com, social media channels, and other marketplaces we participate in)—including but not limited to text, images, audiovisual materials, source code, and page layouts—is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without authorization.

Without the Company’s prior written consent, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly transmit, or otherwise exploit such content.

These statements are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of any dispute, and without prejudice to consumers’ statutory right to choose a competent court, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court, Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.

7. Membership Termination and Data Deletion

If you wish to terminate your membership or request deletion of your account data, please contact customer support. We will complete the data deletion procedure and provide a status update within 15 business days.

8. Amendments and Notices

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Announcements will be posted on the website and sent via email. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you may terminate your membership and discontinue use of the services.
